The ALLAVARE website, www.allavare.co.uk (the 'website'), is owned and operated by ALLAVARE (“we”, “us” or “our”). We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this page therefore you should check this page occasionally to ensure that you are happy with any changes. The date of the last update can be found at the end of these terms.

Ordering and Payment

You can pay for your purchases by PayPal or by credit/debit card. Select your preferred payment method when placing your order. If any of these payment methods are unsuitable, please contact us at hello@allavare.co.uk and we will be happy to discuss other payment options.

Please ensure that the details you enter are correct. Credit/debit cards and card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise.

 

Vouchers and Coupons

We offer discount codes from time to time. These are to be used at checkout and cannot be applied once an order has been paid for.

If an item is returned from an order where a discount has been applied, the value of the discount will be deducted from the refund.

 

Product and Pricing

We take every care to ensure all product details and prices that appear on our website are correct and aim to keep this information as up to date as possible. However in the event of an error we reserve the right to make corrections without notification.

Please be aware that because our products are made by hand using natural ingredients there may be, from time to time, a variation in colour and consistency. This does not adversely affect the product in any way.

Prices are subject to changes due to the fluctuating costs of raw ingredients. However we will endeavour to give advanced notice and will always honour the price of existing orders.

 

Intellectual Property

All content including texts, designs, graphics, photographs, trademarks, logos, product names and source code is owned by ALLAVARE. As such it is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate or modify or otherwise exploit our intellectual property without our prior written permission.
