Returns and refunds policy

We take great pride in the quality of ALLAVARE products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with any of our products you may return them within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.

Please note that the refund covers the cost of the products only and will not include delivery charges. If an item is returned from an order where a discount has been applied, the value of the discount will be deducted from the refund.

Please send us a notice of your return by emailing hello@allavare.co.uk with your name, address and order number. Please return goods to:

You may also cancel your order at anytime before dispatch by emailing hello@allavare.co.uk with your name, address and order number. After dispatch you may still cancel your order but you will need to return the goods as described above for a full refund.
