Shipping policy

Overview

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday through until Friday.

We aim to ship all orders within 2 days of payment.

As we are a small company that makes everything by hand, if we experience a high volume of orders it may take longer than two days to process and ship your order. If this occurs you will be notified of any delay.

 

Shipping

There is a shipping charge of £2.95 for orders under 2KG and £4.95 for orders over 2KG.

Parcels weighing over 2kg are sent via DPD on a next day delivery. The courier will contact you with a delivery date and time slot. These parcels are tracked and signed for.

Parcels under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class. They are tracked, with proof of postage, but do not require a signature.

Orders for Highlands and Islands are sent with Royal Mail 2nd class.

 

Incorrect delivery address

If the delivery address you provide at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for the loss of your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a delivery charge will be applied.

Please take care when entering your details as once your order has been processed we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
